A Voyage of Discovery

At the start of the coronavirus lockdown period I was a frustrated photographer. Unable, like everyone else, to venture far, I started walking daily. 

 

With over 30 years experience as a photographer I decided to document flowers in the wild. I had always had an interest in flowers but had never pursued it, so this was a new experience. The lockdown gave me that push. This book has been a voyage of discovery for me, as a photographer and as a person.

My intention in producing this book is to inspire anyone who loves the countryside to take another look at the flora that surrounds them. I hope that you enjoy my pictures and Behind the Petals.
